Job Description : Score Foundation is a Delhi-based NGO working with blind people. Its focus is on delivering information services to the visually disabled community and its stakeholders, as well as rehabilitation and sensitisation workshops. To this end it has launched Project Eyeway which produces
• the website www.eyeway.org, which aims to be a one-stop shop for information on blindness and the eye
• the bi-monthly magazine – Beyond the I – available in Braille and online formats as well as print; and
• the radio programme ‘Eyeway: Yeh Hai Roshni Ka Caravan’ which is broadcast on All India Radio in several major cities across India.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Score Foundation’s growing and dedicated team working in media and information. Score Foundation is well known in NGO circles and has a well established reputation for quality services and rehabilitation.
The fund raising assistant will report directly to the CEO, Mr George Abraham. One of the priorities of the CEO is to generate funds by developing strategic partnerships and corporate relationships as well as by leading direct fund raising activity like participating in the Hutch Delhi Half Marathon. The role includes developing advertising revenue available through the website, magazine and radio programme as as well as merchandising of Score Foundation products like greeting cards.
Key Objectives
1. To identify total fundraising targets from financials;
2. To gather and maintain information on potential partners and corporate sponsors as well individuals
3. To follow up new leads on potential fundraising contacts
4. To establish strong links with key fundraising organisations e.g. Give India
5. To engage in marketing and communications for direct fundraising activity
6. To build relationships necessary to deliver sponsorship and adverts;
7. To present a marketing plan for advertising and merchandising including budgeted costs and potential revenues; and
8. To promote Project Eyeway and Score Foundation as the leading source of information and inspiration for visually impaired people in India and beyond.

Energy Trading Software Implementation Consultant
As a software implementation consultant, you will work as a team member or an individual consultant on product implementation, enhancement, or integration projects with clients in utilities and energy trading businesses. Duties are primarily performed at client site and travel is required.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS for implementation consultants for our Asia Pacific region headquartered in Singapore. Our most successful consultants have the technical ability but also know about Energy Trading. Some of our most successful consultants have experience in Oil and Gas companies; in fact some come from the largest in the world, as well as small trading firms and 2nd tier producers and transmitters or even exchanges. We would be looking for traders or support people including the IT people who supported the internal applications. We also have people from utility companies in power or gas transmission and production as well as the retail side of those businesses. We have also have consultants who had previous experience with our direct competitors such as Triple Point Technology, SolArc, Trade Capture, Open Link, Sungard, AspenTech and others. Our second choice would be people who understand “paper trading” such as you might find in a bank or other financial institution. We would be looking for people who understand the risk side of the business and are versed in financial exposure and such. Finally, we would also consider people who have ERP implementation experience in another industry, but they would be 3rd choice as they need extensive training in energy trading.
Duties and responsibilities
Analyze customers' business requirements and application objectives.
• Define and document customer modifications.
• Train customer end-user on set up and use of applications.
• Manage database conversion and migration components.
• Set up and deploy application in N-tier environment.
• Ensure effectiveness of all data communications, messaging and connectivity.
• Establish interfaces between new application and existing business systems.
• Provide security training on the application level.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase).
• Knowledge of system design and architecture, especially object-oriented platforms.
• Basic skills in SQL, report writing (Crystal), web services (connectivity) and data modeling. (Education - University degree, diploma or equivalent)
• Experienced in energy trading software implementation or equivalent.
• Dynamic conversation and presentation skills and the ability to train others.
Location: Singapore-based, travel required
Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience and parameters will be provided upon initial information interview. Relocation will be considered (Excellent Remuneration). The salary range for junior people to senior people is quite large including a base salary of approximately SGD $50/100K per annum depending on qualifications & expertise. We also have an incentive compensation plan which is variable but can add on a quarterly basis to base compensation.
